At PurwaH, we are committed to delivering your order as swiftly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders placed before 2:30 PM (Pakistan Standard Time – PKT) are usually processed and shipped out the same day.

Our fulfillment center operates from Lahore, Pakistan, and we dispatch both nationwide and international orders.

Free Shipping Thresholds

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders that meet the following minimums:

Within Pakistan: Free shipping on orders over PKR 25,000

International Orders: Free shipping on orders over USD 500

Delivery Times

All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.

Please note, deliveries to remote areas within Pakistan or overseas may experience minor delays due to regional limitations or weather conditions.

During busy periods such as sales, Eid holidays, or promotional campaigns, please allow extra time for processing.

Delivery Attempts & Signatures

Our logistics partners generally require a signature upon delivery. However, contactless delivery can be arranged upon request.

Please note, this is not a named delivery service—anyone present at your provided delivery address may sign for the parcel.

PurwaH will not be responsible for lost or misplaced packages that have been signed for at a shared address (e.g., office or apartment buildings).

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will attempt up to three deliveries on consecutive working days.

If no contact is made within 5 business days, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

Packaging Information

During sales or peak seasons, your order may be shipped in eco-friendly packaging.

All items are wrapped with care in tissue paper and shipped in a plain, recyclable brown box with no branding or content description.

Gift packaging is currently not available.

Delivery During Sales

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive during high-volume periods like seasonal sales or Eid promotions.

REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchanges are accepted on unworn items within 14 days of order receipt and require an RA number. Items must be received within 10 days of RA issue. Items discounted 50% or more are Final Sale.

During regular business hours, email requests are immediately processed. If, for any reason, you don’t receive a timely response, please give us a call.

Once an RA number is received, please specify if you want an exchange or refund. Securely pack items and send them using an insured carrier:
